is it possible to do the adjustment by my Seat Alhambra? Is it very difficult? Is it comprehensible?

sorry for the delay in answering your question.

Yes, of course it is possible to adjust your car. It will take 10 min. and will cost you 80,- Euro. The adjustment is not comprehensible.
