Question Guest	Posted: Mon Feb 07, 2005 5:15 am    Post subject: Mileage? Hello car lovers/experts out there. I am a new driver and im really confused about mileage. What is it? Is mileage the same as MPG? Do i want a lower number for my mileage or a higher number? If anyone can answer my question that would be greatly appriciated.

Hello, Your question too is pretty confusing To me, MPG stands for Miles Per Gallon and has not much to do with digital odometer mileage correction; because this is mainly what we discuss here on this forum. Now, whether you "want" more or less value for your mileage is a question you only can answer. Basically, if your instrument cluster's mileage is corrupted or a new cluster has been installed in your car and you need the true value to be displayed, then we can help. Serge
