I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE THE MEMBERS OF THIS FORUM THAT THEY SHOULD BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH ETL. I HAVE PURCHASED THEIR PRODUCTS IN THE PAST AND HAD GREAT RESULTS. UNFORTUNATELY, THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I SENT THEM MY 912 PROGRAMMER BACK ON JUNE 13TH AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. I HAVE SENT EMAILS, MADE CALLS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED. I RECOMMEND THAT ALL SHOULD BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH ETL SINCE THEIR LACK OF SUPPORT IS ONE OF THEIR STRONGER POINTS.
