clinic*mobile Junior member Joined: 14 Mar 2005 Posts: 18	Posted: Sat Feb 18, 2006 11:37 pm    Post subject: FOR ALL MEMBER SIX QUESTION BASE I did Recalibration BMW 2005 3/ser but my customer told me that orginal BMW service read old milage. 1-where does it save? now i can Recalibration BMW 2005,2006 3/ser 5/ser 6/ser 7/ser i want to know exactly: 2-what and where LCM in car? 3-what and where EWS in car? 4-what and where CAS in car? 5-does milage save in 2 keys? 6-do i need BMW CAS/EWS/LCM km reset from OBD? BEST REGARDS

Depends on a chassis type - in E65/66 more, in E87/90 less. 2-what and where LCM in car? What for? In new BMW light module (LM) not contain mileage. 3-what and where EWS in car? In new BMW is no EWS. These functions are carried CAS module. 4-what and where CAS in car? It's necessary to buy BMW WDS ( Wiring Diagram System ). 5-does milage save in 2 keys? In 2 remote keys - yes, in pocket key - no. 6-do i need BMW CAS/EWS/LCM km reset from OBD? See answers 1-5.

Enough to change data in CAS, then to apply at driving all available keys. New mileage will be automatically transferred in keys.
