Six66Ash Guest	Posted: Wed Feb 06, 2008 4:42 am    Post subject: PA-Soft 1.3.6 just wondering if anyone else has had the "No Communication" error and what there fix is ? do you need an older computer with this type of interface? are there any specific rs232 settings required ? any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with mine. I suspect that the problem should be the interface. I bought form china, did complain and they send for free another one. So now I have TWO useless interfaces.... Can Anyone tell me how to check the wirings ?? Anyone have PA SOFT 2.01 to share ??????

It works ok with my Dell D820 but it doesn't work with my dad's IBM Thinkpad model number unknown. The connections are both direct rs232 with no adaptor. It just seem to work better with one computer than others.
