Is it possible without removing the needles? I mean with the 908 connector? Its an Jeager cluster. Or do I have to solder the processor?
Its not completely clear in the manual.
Thanks for your help,
Peter |

at this car you must remove needles.
if your cluster say jaeger you must use nec dongle, but donīt losse time with this service if you have a clone diga, because your nec not work
you must have the original |

Hi Almeida,
Is this forum ment to find out if forum users have clone's or not? Or to help people? You can buy clone's on every corner of the street, if people want to buy them let them, its on their own risk.
I did the Scenic without removing the needles as I wrote before so don't come with wrong information for other people. I am trying to help people,
hopefully they help me also in the future but then I need reliable
information!
Best regards,
Peter |

hello peter,
iīm not giving rong ideas.
all the times i use 908 cable and diag mode at that cars i never could do this jobs, only see the cluster power on.
all the times, i have to open the cluster and soldering wires in side and i must use the nec board, or 908, it dependes the jaeger cluster.
the cable 908 and nec bord not work in the diga clones so iīm donīt care if you have original or a clone, only said check if they work.
and if you could do the corrections by diag, at what jaegers you do?
all of them?
thanks for your replay, and we are learning all the time. |

Almeida,
You should use the standard 912 (not the 908!) cable then it works fine. I sorted it out myself. Soldering is also a solution but the 912 calbe is much easier.
Best regards,
Peter |
