akshat21 New member Joined: 28 May 2008 Posts: 5	Posted: Wed May 28, 2008 4:54 pm    Post subject: Problem With Mileage Correction on an 08 Fabia Hi There, I have recently bought a diga consult and am a complete noob at mileage correction. I am based in India. My Problem is as follows: I wanted to correct a mileage on a Skoda Fabia 1.4 TDi PD with 93c86 chip. I opened the meter and located the chip and put the clip on the chip. (As directed by the diga consult). However, the Diga is not able to see the correct mileage. If I use the adjust KM menu and enter the new mileage value, the diga would just say "Working" and then I would get the error "Data Not Equal, Adjust clip and press any key".. I have tried to adjust the clip many times but am still getting the same message. I have the latest version on the Diga but have had no luck with the mileage correction. Can somebody Please help??

Anyways, I don't know what you mean by a full data set, if you mean the old KM value, then no, I only get 48560 as the old value when the fabia has done 5500 Kms. When I use the read function, I do get the data from the EEPROM. I am connecting Diga directly to the 93C86 Chip on the meter..

You may need to hunt.
