It is desirable such that it was possible to adaptation the cluster in VOLVO service. With gratitude I shall accept the information on adaptation of the instrument cluster to the concrete Volvo S60. Second of all, the vehicle's ID information is located within the eeprom of the microcontroller and not the flash which is the running software and therefore the same on all similar clusters. So if your micro is not damaged or burned you only need an eeprom dump to make all the instruments work properly.As far as I know the only way to synchronize or adapt it to the vehicle is to use the original Volvo equipment (VADIS). I don't know if there is an aftermarket tool that's capable of performing that function. Serge

I have the original eeprom's dump , but I have erased the original flash. Unfortunately, flash for similar Volvo S80 has not helped to me. Therefore I ask flash for S60 -2002. Good luck

I can't dismount the processor board. Do I only have to programm the cluster (CPU) with DIga Consult? Not also the BSI unit, because they say so in this forum? Thanks for your help.
