Is the milage stored anywhere other than the cluster. I am putting in an Escalade cluster and want to know when I plug the stock cluster back in. Will the milage be where it was when I unplugged it or will it add the milage I've put on it to it?
Is the milage in the ECM or computer or somewhere on the trucK other than the cluster? |

This car is not known to have other mileage backup memories. The mileage and the engine hours are stored inside the instrument cluster. The mileage shown will the one contained in it. It will not add the driven miles with the second cluster to the first one.
