Therfore if your car is an old body style 3 series, in other words a E36 chassis, the software is useless as it will not scan anything. Serge

I said "IF" your car is an E36 it will not work but IF it is a E46 then it will. And please don't tell me:"...my car is a 1998=E46" because your car might have simply been a E36 since this model was still built in 1998 and had SW24 in the cluster. Since you haven't mentioned whether your car was E36 or E46 I thought it'd be helpful tto you o have a complete info about what cars the software covers or does not cover; all I can see is that my help is not really appreciated at its right value. Serge
