I have a BMW cluster. I was told it's a 5-series E39

It has two buttons. with sticker reading:

VERS 80 HW19 SW 15
DIAG 09 COD 12 BUS 12 CAN 04
DATE 25.9.01

Please tell me which way I can program this odometer.

Are you looking to have your cluster serviced? Or are you in the mileage correction business? If you own a Diga-Consult you have to use the M35080 board and menu point to program it. There are also two modules to program: the LCM (light control module) and the EWS (if the car is made from 99 and on) which is the immobilzer of the vehicle.
