I have changed the tire size on a Lexus GS430 and it is now, of course, causing problems with the navigation system. Since the tires are larger, the navigation system thinks the car is going at a lower speed and hence it shows the car at a different spot on the map. Nav system has a tire change calibration feature, but I guess it is not intended for this kind of size change (went from 17"/45 to 19"/40) and when I manage to calibrate it, it keeps on reseting back to its normal setting every few days. Additionally, this does not solve the vehicle dynamics problems because car thinks it is going at a lower speed.

Can the transmission speed sensor be re-programmed or calibrated to learn the new speed? Has anyone any experience delaling with this? Can it be replaced? It is driving me crazy.

I believe the navigation system is made by NavTech.

Better if you contact your nearest Toyota center so that you can get help.
