hello,
i like to know if polo 2006 could be adjust by obd?
i try obd but says that unknown softwear. could it be adjust by obd with can hardware?
or it must be adjust by eeprom?

Latest version of Vag K + Can commander (5.???) will do it. The eeprom is encrypted so there's not much else that can do it at the moment.
