E60 Instrument problems after odmeter change w/Diga consult

Just did my first odmeter change with diga consult 2007 version.
Taget BMW E60 530diesel
Had to replace the 35080-6 and replace with new as they can not be re-written the digi consoult reads out new milage correct using the clip.
After that I set the Cas to 0 according to manual and then installed the instrument oanel again and here comes the problems.
New odmeter value is ok - good
But now we have a failure in the dashboard only the speedometer is working, tachometer and fuel gauge is dead and info displays says there is error.
We scanned the car with error scan with Diga consult without any luck.
Also I have a BMW Kommander found 2 error in instrument cluster not possible to clear.
One thing if the instrument was reset with BMW Kommander it was working correct for about 2-3 sec and then switched off again tells me that some of the electronic is ok.
Does anybody have any idears ?
I suspect CAS but do not know much about it ?

I will need to have a look at the dump again still got orignal chip.

At the end all was good I made new dump with data from orignal chip and made manually change then all was fine. Hovever do anybody know reason for diga to drop bits ? I had a look at the chip made with diga and it was clear that som wrong bits was changed.
