almeida Senior Member Joined: 07 Aug 2008 Posts: 127	Posted: Sat Nov 01, 2008 4:00 pm    Post subject: connection diga / dump problem hello people i have a problem when i try to read my dumps. i can´t have connection to up load and download dumps. i can update diga by internet with the software but i can´t have connection with the dumps, i use tacho dump 1.0i i try all ports and nothing.when i connect they says invalid handheld. i saw a window that says working directory what i must write there? thanks for all ideas and helps

Did you selected SYNC in the diga's menu? Your serial comunication cable should work fine if you can update, so I think the problem is not here. Hope you can sync shortly. Bye.

When I need to dowload any dump from the diga to my computer, I use too an USB adapter because my computer doesn't have any port com and it works very well. Are you sure you installed correctly the drivers of your USB adapter, because by first I didn't install any drivers and it didn't work. Hope it could help you. Regards Loik.

I think you have to check the drivers of your USB adapters and check in your computer seeting if the good port is select.
