hello
I am doing skoda octavia 1999
I have a question, when i starting reading eeprom it says connect to eeprom 93c86 but i can only find 93c66, and when i am reading instructions it stand that i gotta go on Sharan V1 or V2?

What can i do?? i cant find 93c86!!

93c86 you will find since yob2000 !

Your 1999 has eprom 93c66 - thats fact.


connect your Diga with the car via OBD-plug

choose VW - autodetect

enter new mileage

ok !


If you have time to waste - an you will clip the eprom,

choose menu

VW - passat B5 - clip - vdo green

I bought skoda octavia odometer to learn changing, saving and writing data from eeprom, that why i have time to kill Smile
