kostagrigo New member Joined: 19 Jul 2008 Posts: 4 Location: GREECE ALEXANDROUPOLI	Posted: Fri Oct 24, 2008 5:47 am    Post subject: Problem Tacho Universal 12/2007 I have Tacho Universal 12/2007, and without a reason it stopped to programming eeprom 93C46, C56, 95040, no matter the type of the vehicle. But a Mercedes Benz A140 i can programm with cable OBD. Also Opel Astra with an OBD cable i can not programm. On the same vehicles before some months i have done mileage correction. It was working. Update made lately. It shows that is working normally, but nothing happens. Read eeprom 00000 km, write "can not programming" the eeprom. Can anyone please help????? _________________ TACHO UNIVERSAL

Open your box and remove the display (screen) and notice on the top right hand side, near the db25 connector, a small 20-pin soic called HCT541. Just replace it with a new one and that's it. Be careful to mark pin 1 position so you solder the new one properly, in the right position. Serge
