hmm mentioned that i allready missing that SW13 cable!
Going to build me one! Does it looks like that?

ok, my cable seemed to be defective! i tried with SW 13 cable, and it reads out the original kilometers with SW13 cable connected, pin 4,5,6 and 8!
but i cannot change the kilometers, he gives me the error message "data not the same"!
what does it mean? how to change the kilometers?

hello if you use the cable don´t forget to join the cristal.
some times you must dessolder the eeprom. ( when they say data not equal. )
use the clip direct on eeprom is mutch easy.

thanks for your help, but the eprom is desoldered! and i get the message: data not equal! whats that??

hello,
if you solder the eeprom again to the board, the value it´s the old one yet.
before you solder to the board try a different value.

hello try to see if the clip have good contact with the eeprom.
one time hapen to me, and the clip had bad contacts. try this

i dont used the clip. i used the SW13 cable..
hmm i dont know whats wrong

clip 8 pins is the best way........
the cluster if you put at the car he still works? Cool
