Hello Guys,
today i was practicing and tried to do a Lupo Motometer Instrument via Cable. Inside is a Chip 24C02.
My Digi didnt get any connection - it's saying general reading failure. Cable with red wire to pin one was right connected and everything right choosed. But im still thinkin i've done a silly mistake!
I added a picture of my quarz jumper - i think thats the mistake. Would nice if you give me advice whats wrong.
best regards

hello,
thank you for your reply.
I cant do it via ODB2 because i do not have the car here. I only have got the Instrument of it.
does someone agree with almeida's idea of changing the wires?
Who knows how it should be right connected? Could something get blowed because of the wrong wiring? |

hello when you read what the message they said?
press show on diga after read and see what they show, see if the eeprom have something one memory or if they are clean.
maybe with this experiences you damage the dump of eeprom. |

the Lupo Instruments do not have the immobilizer included. You can change Instruments like you want without reprogramming them.
but how have i blew off the eeprom?
What step did i wrong that its defective? |

Check your clip mate before making a decision,
it might be a loose connection on the leg of your clip
or use sw 13 cable, connect it directly to eeprom pin
just connect pin4,pin5,pi6 & pin8 of sw 13 cable to eeprom leg and read it
you can make a try
if doesnt work, maybe the files ar corrupt _________________
