I just bought Tacho Universal 2008 device. Will I be able to correct the mileage with all the places with this device? Can a dealer read the mileage from all those places? How difficult is to proceed ?

Main dealer will only check if the car goes back for warranty work, and then they will only check if needed. I do work for two main vw dealers and i know they never look. We have only been doing the clusters for years and NEVER had any come back.

If I do cluster only do you think I can go back to the dealer for warranty work on my transmission Valve Body ? Some people mentioned about service reminder or something holds the mileage too. Any advice how to change the mileage in the ECU ?

How to do the service option on the tacho box ? I don`t have the device yet. I hope to get the manual step by step how to do it in my touareg. What`s the service option ?
