Hi I would like to know what is the march was followed for a vito 2004 I can not understand the meaning of certain words on the doc attached

Do not insert the speedometer yet!.

If you insert only now and then the ignition lock speedometer.)

That means Zündschloss I think its means BSI.?

If I understood it is necessary to put the BSI before the speedometre. Then ignition
