I have a bmw 323 C I E46 convertible
The dash is a motometer
The eeprom is B58608 =93s56
I have tachosoft 9.1 and nyo 3
BMW E46 Motometer - 93c66??? I have 93s56

I have a programmer`eeprom who programs the series 93cxxx but not 93sxx
Can it program a 93s56 with a software which so yes manages the 93s56 which
have the programmer....but only has a socket for 93cXX

can i read and reprogram the 93s56?
When I read the eeprom in 93c56 mode
I have an incorrect reading which is repeated

This is a microwire eeprom 93CS series. you cannot read/write it in simple eeprom programmer not supported by CS seriies. I am using UPA-USB programmer for this kind of eeprom from www.elrasoft.com

Algo for this kind of cluster is suppoted by your tachosoft 9.1 (better to upgrade it to version 10 its free from tachosoft team)
