had to have a new computer in my cavlier and now it will not start,because the anti thief will not shut off. why?????hunlock2@epix.net

Not sure it gonna work, but try the following. No harm done.
1..Attempt to start vehicle.
2..Leave ignition on until THEFT SYSTEM indicator turns off(approximately 10 minutes)
3..Turn ignition switch off.
4..Attempt to start vehicle.
5. If vehicle starts, password is learned to your new BCM.
