have a basic dash with 1 reset button and tried to reset mileage with tachopro ver 2 dongle.did not respond under e36 option but seemed to work with option 4 for e38 and then option 1,but has just gone to reading eep_1 and my gauges have stopped working.if you turn the ignition on you get the old mileage for a second before it goes to the new reading,please help
