Interesting...if you only worked through OBDII there's maybe hope. The data for sure is corrupted. Drive the car for about 30-35 miles. It should heal by itself. The display might not come back while you're driving. So after those 30 miles stop the car and cycle the key (OFF-ON).

I had same error. I applied new value but display not changed. I tried again and it changed few digits. Like - old reading was 123456 i gave him 789012, i got - 189456. I tired again and got black display forever (corrupted i guess). Battery disconnection and driving gave no results. I worked through OBDII. Car always returned values I entered before.
Till then i`m afraid do any voyagers!
(What is scheme for milage handling in chrysler cars? cars until 2000.) |

Yes rear wiper stops working after programming 97 modell with 98-2000 selection absolutely confirmed I tested rear wiper then programmed 98 car with 97 selection and if you know your work you should know
96-97 have HC11E20 and 98-200 HC11K4 and the addres spase of EEprom is diferant and Milege addreses are diferant The addres for milege on HC11E20 is addres for Rear wiper contorll on HC11K4
and here is the answer on the originall subject
Diga dont check Line arbitration and colission and just sends data frames to BCM and do not see the replay of BCM.
Milege is 16 words on it. and if you finished programming as diga shows and displey shows same value
it mins
1) the RAM is not refreshed and keep old value (you ahve to disconnect battery)
2) one of the 16 words did not programm and have higher valuethen the rest of miles data in this case you can not solve it with battery disconnect
If you dont trust me it is wery easy to check
1) programm with diga BCM(and check displey )
ifmiles same as before go to 2) else go to 1)
2) remove BCM read the EEprom.
3) check Milege erea atlist 1 of 16 words is containing old data
Dont laugh at people if you knnow only half of what you must know. |
